Job Title: Case Manager
Company: ReWorks Solutions Location: South Africa (Remote - U.S. Hours) Job Type: Full-Time (9 am - 5 pm EST)
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to effectively manage and enhance their caseloads, ensuring billable hours are achieved.
Assign new clients to BCBAs based on their availability, geographical location, and specific service requirements.
Oversee the client waitlist and take proactive steps to facilitate the intake and assignment processes.
Guide clients through the transition from waitlist to assessment and ultimately into active service delivery.
Work in coordination with BCBAs and internal teams to ensure timely scheduling and completion of assessments.
Monitor caseload capacity and identify opportunities to balance workloads among providers.
Maintain precise records regarding client assignments, assessment statuses, and service commencement dates.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
