As a Category Manager at NCC, you will assume a multifaceted role that encompasses both strategic and tactical responsibilities. You will spearhead the development and execution of a forward-thinking strategy that aligns with our business objectives, positioning NCC as a preferred partner among our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement category strategies that align with NCC’s overarching business goals.
- Lead the category team to ensure the effective execution of these strategies and initiatives.
- Foster and nurture robust supplier relationships through effective Supplier Relationship Management.
- Conduct market analysis, perform risk assessments, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Guarantee the integration of category strategies and framework agreements throughout the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
