What is Miso?
Miso is the leading O2O home service platform in South Korea.
Under the vision of providing “hotel-like service in your home,” we aim to offer experiences that enhance offline living. Just as consumers turn to Amazon or Coupang for product purchases, they can swiftly resolve cleaning, moving, and remodeling needs through the Miso app.
Since our inception in 2016, starting with home cleaning services, we have expanded our business scope to include moving, cleaning, pet sitting, and interior design. With a remarkable annual growth rate of 2X, we achieved the top position in housekeeper services within just two years of launch and currently operate over 180 services. In 2023, we surpassed 5 million cumulative customers and boast a re-utilization rate of over 85%!
Our total investment amounts to approximately 13 billion KRW, with significant backing from leading venture firm Y Combinator, which invested 3.1 billion KRW.
