About the job
Job Description
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Centria Autism is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this fulfilling role, you will provide one-on-one support to children, effectively implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. We value individuals who are patient, compassionate, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
No prior experience is required as we offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed. However, you must be prepared for an active role—our clients are energetic and may require physical assistance, including standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
At the end of each day, you will leave knowing you have made a significant impact on a child's life. If you are ready to embark on a rewarding journey with us, we encourage you to apply!
