In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children on a one-on-one basis, executing individualized behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will employ evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors.
The ideal candidates are those who are patient, compassionate, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared to support each child, regardless of your current experience level. Please note, this role requires physical activity as you will be engaging with active children. Comfort with standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 pounds) is essential.
