Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Provide direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings, employing a mix of intensive teaching and natural environment training.
Adhere to the behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols laid out in each client’s individualized treatment plan, developed by a BCBA or BC.
Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behaviors.
Assist in training parents and caregivers in accordance with the client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
Ensure timely completion of documentation, adhering to established procedures.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as directed by BCBA or BC.
Utilize safe and appropriate procedures when working with clients, promptly reporting any critical incidents or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
Assist BCBA or BC in preparing client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition.

Our team comprises leading experts in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), whose highly trained clinicians design personalized one-on-one programs. These programs are aimed at breaking down daily tasks into achievable steps, enhancing communication skills, daily living abilities, and the social behaviors essential for success in school, home, and community environments.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, in-center.
