Qualifications
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician:
Deliver direct care to clients in both individual and group settings, employing a blend of intensive teaching and natural environment training.
Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols outlined in individualized treatment plans developed by BCBA/BC.
Accurately collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behaviors.
Support parent and caregiver training aligned with the client's treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
Ensure timely and proper documentation as per established guidelines.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about client progress, as directed by BCBA/BC.
Maintain a safe and organized work and therapy environment, reporting any critical incidents or safety concerns appropriately.
Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials, behavior assessments, and skills acquisition plans.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
