In this fulfilling role, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you'll help teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively reducing challenging behaviors. We seek candidates who are not only enthusiastic about fostering the potential of children with autism but also possess the patience and compassion required to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Please note that our clients can be unpredictable and may exhibit confrontational behaviors, so a resilient spirit, both mentally and physically, is essential. This position involves physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
