Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver direct client care in both one-on-one and group settings using intensive teaching methods and natural environment training.
Adhere to the behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols outlined in the client’s customized treatment plan developed by a BCBA/BC.
Accurately collect, document, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
Support parent and caregiver training aligned with the client's individualized treatment plan.
Ensure timely completion of documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Regularly communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as directed by BCBA/BC.
Implement safe practices when working with clients and report critical incidents and safety concerns appropriately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials, behavior assessments, and skills acquisition tasks.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, in-center
