We offer comprehensive training, ensuring you are fully prepared to support each child, regardless of your prior experience. This role requires resilience, as working with children can be unpredictable and occasionally confrontational. Physical activity is integral to the job; you should be comfortable with standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or carrying children and objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
