Qualifications
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician:
Deliver direct client care in both individual and group settings through a blend of intensive teaching and natural environment training.
Implement the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as defined in the client's individualized treatment plan established by a BCBA/BC.
Accurately collect, document, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
Support parent and caregiver training in accordance with the client’s treatment plan and behavior reduction strategies.
Ensure timely completion of documentation following established protocols.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about client progress as directed by BCBA/BC.
Employ safe and appropriate practices when engaging with clients, promptly reporting all critical incidents and safety concerns.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials, behavior assessments, and skills acquisition programs.

Our team comprises leading experts in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), who craft personalized, one-on-one treatment plans. These plans assist children in breaking down daily tasks into achievable steps, enhancing their communication skills, daily living abilities, and essential social behaviors for success at school, home, and in their communities.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, in-center.
