Join our dynamic team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of children with autism. As an RBT, you will work individually with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Using evidence-based strategies, you'll teach essential skills in communication, social interactions, and daily living while minimizing challenging behaviors. We provide comprehensive training, so prior experience is not mandatory. However, you should be prepared for the energetic nature of the job, which may involve physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, bending, lifting, and carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
