At Life Skills Autism Academy, a proud division of Centria Autism, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of children on the autism spectrum through our specialized, center-based ABA Therapy program. Our highly trained clinicians are experts in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and are passionate about crafting personalized, one-on-one programs. These programs empower children to break down daily tasks into achievable steps, enhancing their communication skills, daily living capabilities, and social behaviors essential for success at home, in school, and within the community.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, center-based.
Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to clients in both individual and group settings, utilizing a blend of intensive teaching and natural environment training.
- Adhere to behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as specified in the individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
- Collect, document, and summarize observable data on client behaviors accurately.
- Support parent and caregiver training aligned with individualized treatment and behavior strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as directed by BCBAs.
- Utilize safe practices while working with clients and report any critical incidents or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
- Assist BCBAs in preparing client materials, behavior assessments, and skills acquisition plans.
