Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings, using a blend of intensive teaching and natural environment training.Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as specified in each client's individualized treatment plan created by a BCBA/BC.Accurately collect, document, and summarize data on observable client behaviors.Assist in training parents and caregivers in alignment with the client's treatment and behavior reduction strategies.Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation according to established protocols.Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers about client progress as directed by the BCBA/BC.Utilize safe practices when interacting with clients and report any critical incidents or safety concerns promptly.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.Support BCBA/BC in the preparation of client materials, behavior assessments, and skills acquisition efforts.
