Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Training & OnboardingAssist in creating CentralReach training materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and Loom video tutorials.Conduct training sessions for new and existing BTs, including CR-related training for Quality Coordinators (e.g., data entry, timesheet conversion, signing amended notes).Oversee the NoteGuard platform, ensuring ongoing training and resolving issues.CentralReach & Session ManagementMonitor the conversion status of session notes and follow up with BTs on overdue, incorrect, or incomplete sessions.Guide BTs on backdating and correcting session data, including direct meetings for amending converted notes.Send reminders for session conversion via text, email (CC’ing Giti), and voicemail.Scheduling & CoordinationSchedule appointments with BTs for new or ongoing cases.Maintain and update ClickUp cards by BT status (e.g., scheduled, unresponsive, needs assistance, cancelled cases).Collaborate with managers to connect therapists with assigned teams and escalate BT-related issues by creating and managing Para tickets based on urgency and priority.Reporting & AdministrationConduct daily check-ins with Giti and refer payroll-related BT queries when appropriate.Adjust converted timesheets as necessary.

We are currently seeking a CentralReach Support Specialist (ABA Therapy) to assist Behavior Technicians (BTs) and quality coordination teams in implementing ABA therapy for children with autism across the United States. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate onboarding, provide training, and ensure compliance with the CentralReach system while actively supporting the quality coordination team.
Key Working Details:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings).
- Public Holidays: This position requires availability on both South African and U.S. public holidays; compensation for South African public holidays will comply with the BCEA.
- Internet Requirements: A stable fixed fiber line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (both upload and download), along with wired Ethernet capability, is a prerequisite. Applications lacking this will not be considered.
- Power Backup: A reliable power backup system is essential to manage load shedding or outages; applications without power backup will not be considered.
- Work Setting: This is a fully remote position.
