Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and direct daily operations of the center, ensuring timely program delivery.Design, execute, and evaluate livelihood and youth development programs in line with organizational and governmental goals.Manage program finances, resources, timelines, and compliance standards.Establish and nurture robust relationships with government departments, local authorities, and implementation partners.Serve as the primary liaison for government interactions, audits, evaluations, and reporting.Implement strong Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems to track outcomes and foster continuous improvement.Compile and present program reports, dashboards, and impact assessments to stakeholders.Guide, mentor, and develop center staff, trainers, and field teams to meet performance and impact targets.Ensure effective training delivery and supportive placement initiatives.Identify and address operational risks and challenges proactively.Encourage community involvement, youth mobilization, and awareness of livelihood opportunities.Uphold compliance with social sector standards, policies, and ethical practices.What Makes You a Great FitMaster’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related social sciences field.At least 5 years of experience in program management within the social sector, focusing on livelihoods or youth development.Demonstrated experience with government-funded or aligned programs.Strong knowledge of employability, skill development, and livelihood sectors.Practical experience with Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks, data analysis, and impact assessment.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
