The Role
LearnLux is in search of a full-time Certified Financial Planner® to become a vital part of our rapidly expanding team. Utilizing the LearnLux digital platform, you will engage with employees to deliver impartial, comprehensive financial and tax guidance. Your deep financial expertise and client-centric approach will assist employees in preparing for and achieving their personal and financial aspirations.
This role is fully remote within the US and reports to the Director of Financial Planning.
What You’ll Do
- Provide coverage across various shifts from 7 AM - 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday, and 9 AM - 4 PM ET on Saturdays.
- Connect with clients remotely via video, chat, and email to offer insight on topics like budgeting, student loans, retirement preparedness, equity compensation, debt management, investments, taxes, and more.
- Advise on the LearnLux methodology to adapt to the evolving financial landscape.
- Engage in weekly team meetings to leverage your subject matter expertise and enhance the LearnLux digital experience.
- Become well-versed in our clients’ benefit plans to act as an extension of their team during open enrollment periods.
- Collaborate with our content team to develop outlines, lessons, video materials, and review content for the LearnLux digital platform.
- Design and lead engagement initiatives for our employer partners, such as digital webinars and occasional on-site events.
