Your Impact as a COTA:
Work alongside an experienced and supportive home health Occupational Therapist.
Implement established care plans and engage with patients one-on-one to enhance their functionality and improve Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL).
Educate and guide patients, their families, and other representatives about rehabilitative care practices and essential activities that support the client’s health and independent living.
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to patient care management and services using advanced touch pad technology.
