Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the health care or medical industry.At least 2 years of proficiency in using PC software, including word processing and MS Excel.A minimum of 2 years of experience with the International Classification of Diseases (ICD).Preferred Skills:Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credentials.In-depth knowledge of medical and dental terminology.Previous experience in health insurance, Medicaid, and claims processing, including familiarity with ICD, NCCI, and HCPCS.Significant experience using spreadsheet and word processing applications.A degree in a healthcare or medical-related field.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
