Your Role
As a Change Management Coordinator, you will be instrumental in transforming our change management processes from traditional manual methods to streamlined automated workflows. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining the automated change management system, coordinating change requests, and ensuring that all changes are meticulously tracked, tested, and effectively communicated across various systems and stakeholders. This role serves as a vital connection between operational execution and strategic oversight.
Desired Qualifications
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a background in manufacturing or production environments. You should possess strong project management capabilities, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, coupled with a collaborative and adaptable approach. Familiarity with change management systems such as Mod Tracker, Syspro, and SharePoint is advantageous but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Proven experience in change control, process improvement, or stakeholder management
