Your Role
As the Change Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in refining our change management processes, transitioning from manual practices to automated workflows. Your responsibilities will include implementing and managing the automated system, coordinating change requests, and ensuring that all changes are meticulously tracked, tested, and communicated across systems and stakeholders. This position serves as a vital link between operational execution and strategic oversight.
Qualifications
We seek a proactive, organized individual with a background in manufacturing or production environments. You should possess strong project management capabilities, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, coupled with a collaborative and adaptable approach. Experience with change management principles and systems such as Mod Tracker, Syspro, and SharePoint is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience in change control, process improvement, or stakeholder management
