Position Overview:
The Change Orders Manager will be instrumental in tracking change order requests and contributing to departmental metrics. You will lead and participate in both internal and client meetings, fostering clear communication and project alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project management, financial analysts, and functional leads to create high-quality, accurate change orders that reflect any changes in assumptions.
- Review budget assumptions and work with the project team to identify discrepancies and unique service requirements for accurate budget translation.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of change orders.
- Schedule and lead alignment calls with the extended project team regarding change orders.
- Prepare and customize change order documents to accurately represent strategic messages, budget changes, resource adjustments, and financial requirements.
- Integrate vendor and partner change orders into the main document to guarantee completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure clarity and precision in documenting assumptions, processes, and changes from prior agreements, including updates on resources, timelines, and site-specific changes.
- Exercise meticulous attention to financial formulas to validate change orders through cross-checking and reasonable testing.
