Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Generate net new pipeline and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for the DACH region by leveraging a portfolio of channel partners, specifically focusing on resellers and VARs.Develop and nurture relationships with existing Vanta partners.Implement a scalable approach to business development across the region.Forge strong one-on-one connections with key partners throughout DACH.Effectively manage your sales pipeline, collaborating with Account Executives to close deals successfully.Success Factors:A minimum of 4 years of experience in channel partnerships within the software/SaaS industry.Availability to work in our London or Dublin office 3 days per week, with 2 days of remote work.Fluency in both German and English, with exceptional communication skills in both languages.A proven cross-functional team player who can execute initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.A highly motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic work environment.A strong customer-centric approach.Experience in operations, with a knack for creating and organizing business processes and systems.

As the Channel Manager for the DACH region, you will take the lead in managing our channel partnerships, focusing on expanding the deployment of Vanta through our Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and other resell partners.
This position is part of Vanta’s Partnerships team and plays a vital role in advancing our vision to secure every technology enterprise through strategic channel partners. Your efforts will ensure that our partners receive exceptional guidance and resources as they market Vanta solutions.
The role is based out of our London or Dublin office, following a hybrid work model with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
