About the Team
The Alliances & Channels (A&C) team is pivotal in cultivating a thriving partner ecosystem that accelerates Stripe's mission. Within this dynamic team, the Programs unit serves as the driving force for partner success and scalable ecosystem growth. We design the strategic frameworks that empower our partners to evolve from individual projects to comprehensive enterprise transformations.
Your Role
In this strategic and cross-functional leadership position, you will report directly to our Global Head of A&C Programs. As the primary owner of our new channel strategy, you will be responsible for transforming a validated concept into a fully operational, revenue-generating global program. You'll develop the business case, define the partner experience, and mobilize a cross-functional team across Legal, Finance, Product, and Sales to launch vital new partner initiatives, establishing the commercial frameworks that enable partners to create, market, and manage solutions on the Stripe platform.
