Your Role
As the Channel Programs Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel programs that drive demand generation. You will lead continuous campaigns and impactful digital initiatives to ensure operational efficiency while bolstering revenue growth across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Strategically plan, organize, and implement comprehensive demand generation initiatives that effectively transform awareness into qualified demand.
- Asset Production & Promotion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and promote program assets, including webinars, gated content, content syndication, and lead generation tools that attract and convert high-quality leads.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of program-specific marketing data, provide weekly performance reports, and devise new activities to enhance program effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the BDR and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs, gather feedback, and leverage it for program enhancement.
- Pipeline Growth: Contribute to sales efficiency and overall revenue growth by improving the quality and volume of MQLs and enhancing conversion rates into SQLs and pipelines.

- Demand Generation: To develop strategies that meet business objectives, along with reporting and optimization.
- Revenue Marketing: For integrated strategic campaign efforts.
- Web Team: To optimize web performance.
- PMM & Brand: For messaging, positioning, content creation, brand needs, and compliance.
Cross-Functional Teams
- BDR/Sales Team: To deliver and scale high-quality MQLs and ensure ongoing improvement.
