Responsibilities:
The Channel Sales Director (CSD)/Partner Director is pivotal in driving new business opportunities for Shift4 by engaging and onboarding new partners. The CSD plays a critical role in formulating and executing strategies to achieve sales targets while fostering growth with each partnership. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in partnership management, working independently in this role.
- Proactively prospect new partners, attending trade shows, conferences, and conducting on-site meetings to identify strategic opportunities.
- Negotiate, create, and finalize commercial agreements with new partners.
- Educate partners on Shift4’s Schedule A, bonus opportunities, and EMV devices.
- Collaborate with the API/Integrations team to guide new partners through integration and certification processes with Shift4.
