Your Responsibilities:
In this leadership role, you will:
- Oversee and inspire a high-performance team of Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers (8 to 10 resources).
- Collaborate with product leaders, engineering, and commercial strategy to establish a cohesive data-driven strategy.
- Assist in prioritizing analysis requests from stakeholders and Data Product Managers (DPMs).
- Balance team leadership with hands-on development and coding of data products, metrics, and visualizations to propel business success.
