Join SMAC ASSISTANCE SERVICE, a leading subsidiary of SMAC, dedicated to specialized roofing maintenance and repair services with a robust network of agencies across France. As a Chargé d'Affaires SAS, you play a vital role in driving the service activity growth within SMAC.
As a key member of the team at our Alixan agency, reporting to either a SAS Activity Manager or the SAS Sector Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the acquisition of contracts and overseeing assigned SAS projects from initial client requests through to project completion;
- Ensuring high-quality client relationships;
- Promptly addressing client inquiries and delivering quotes within a 7-day timeframe;
- Following up on client communications and managing relationships to secure orders;
- Maintaining operational budgets (revenue and results) for the projects under your care;
- For maintenance contracts, ensuring timely submission of intervention reports after each visit to the client.
