Socotec Diagnostic is dedicated to assisting clients in safeguarding communities and preserving buildings against risks associated with pollutants, particularly asbestos and its derivatives. We offer a range of diagnostic services (Asbestos, Lead, Energy Performance, Electricity, Gas, Termites...) during various project phases including pre-project, execution, and intervention.
As a Client Relations Specialist H/F at our regional relations center located in Poissy (78), you will play a crucial role in managing client data essential for contract administration, mission planning, and invoicing.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the opening, closing, archiving, and updating of administrative records
- Collecting and inputting any missing information
- Implementing changes in our internal software (NAUTILUS) as reported by diagnosticians or other stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy of modifications
- Conducting client outreach to qualify and update databases
- Following up with clients
- Coordinating the scheduling and feedback from diagnosticians using our FSM tool (SAP editor)
- Handling manual invoicing and resolving simple disputes and outstanding payments
You will receive a gross annual salary ranging from €25,000 to €29,000 (depending on your profile), along with a potential monthly variable bonus of up to €130.
