Join the culinary team at the prestigious Mercure Marseille Centre Bompard La Corniche, a four-star hotel nestled in the heart of Marseille. As a Chef de Partie, you will work under the guidance of the Head Chef, taking full responsibility for the preparation and presentation of exquisite dishes that adhere to our technical specifications. Your role will include:
- Independently preparing and producing high-quality dishes.
- Ensuring the presentation and quality of dishes served meet our high standards.
- Receiving, inspecting, and properly storing incoming goods.
- Maintaining a clean workspace while adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards, including HACCP.
- Taking charge of kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef, coordinating service and maintaining organizational efficiency.
