Located in Hyères, the Hôtel Mercure boasts a fresh renovation completed in 2019, featuring 81 rooms and suites, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and an outdoor bar.
We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team at Restaurant Victor on a fixed-term contract. You will enjoy two days off per week, with mostly continuous hours and the possibility of one or two breaks weekly.
Our clientele ranges from leisure guests to business professionals and seminar attendees. We are looking for versatile and motivated individuals eager to explore and grow in a new work environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in preparing dishes from the menu.
- Participate in menu development, receiving and controlling supplies while strictly adhering to hygiene standards.
- Step in for the Head Chef and/or Sous Chef during their absences.
