Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes according to the hotel’s recipes and quality standards.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized and positive work environment.
- Manage inventory and assist in minimizing waste.
