In this role, you will:
- Craft and present high-quality pastry and bakery items while adhering to established cost margins.
- Oversee the production of pastries for our restaurant as well as for conferences and events.
- Ensure that all food preparation and presentation consistently align with our brand standards.
- Drive creativity by contributing innovative ideas to our menus.
- Maintain rigorous HACCP and food safety compliance.
- Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with stewarding and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
- Engage in operational meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Exemplify and promote the core values of Accor in all daily operations.
