Qualifications
Your Responsibilities:Ensure seamless service operations—professional, structured, and guest-oriented.Engage & advise guests—recommend dishes and beverages, cater to individual requests, and provide an outstanding restaurant experience.Coordinate your service team—support, train, and lead Commis de Rang and temporary staff.Maintain & uphold the highest service and hygiene standards—attentive to detail and the overall experience.Optimize processes & quality control—identify opportunities to ensure smooth operations.Collaborate with kitchen & bar—coordinate to deliver a perfect culinary experience.Be a gracious host & engage with personality—live the service ethos and create unforgettable moments.Your Profile:Completed training in gastronomy or hospitality, or several years of relevant experience with solid wine knowledge;Openness and enthusiasm for interacting with people;Strong service orientation and high standards of quality;Responsibility and leadership skills;Excellent German and English language skills;Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
