As a Chemical Analyst in our Food Services Department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses of food-related nutrients, pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, and additives. Your role will involve compiling and organizing data, assisting in the development of new testing methods, and maintaining quality documents related to ISO/IEC 17025 standards. You will participate in internal and external audits and evaluations, manage the procurement and inventory of chemicals and supplies, and maintain laboratory equipment. Proficiency in operating advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC, GC/MS, and GC-MS/MS is essential.
