Qualifications
Responsibilities of the Production OperatorOperate production equipment to meet product specifications.Adjust production processes to ensure optimal outcomes.Manage shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished products.Collaborate effectively within a production team to achieve collective goals.Adhere to operating procedures and practices to guarantee employee and environmental health and safety.Identify and address equipment repairs as necessary.Collect and report on production and quality metrics.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Qualifications of the Production OperatorMinimum of 1 year of experience in chemical or related industrial production required.Demonstrated ability and desire to excel in a high-performing team within a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent is required.Proficiency in forklift operation.Aiming for a long-term role with opportunities for growth.Strong mechanical skills with the capability to troubleshoot equipment issues.Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 55 lbs.OSHA safety training is preferred.Effective communication skills.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.Availability to work Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 AM.
