Join us as a volunteer at Planned Parenthood of Illinois, where we are dedicated to providing affordable and accessible healthcare for all. Volunteers play a vital role in our mission, contributing their time and talents throughout the year. In the summer, our focus shifts towards community visibility and showing appreciation for our supporters. You'll have the chance to engage with the community at various events, including health fairs, city colleges, street festivals, block parties, concerts, farmers markets, and pride celebrations across the vibrant Chicagoland area.
We also welcome volunteers to assist at our administrative office with tasks such as data entry, volunteer screening, button making, and general administrative support.
We value every individual's unique skills and comfort levels, so there’s a place for everyone at PPIL. We appreciate your interest in aiding our cause! The next steps include a phone screening followed by volunteer orientation. After completing the orientation, you will receive weekly emails detailing upcoming volunteer opportunities.
