Co-founded by renowned psychologist Jonathan Haidt, author of The Righteous Mind and The Anxious Generation, CDI is at the forefront of promoting constructive dialogue in higher education.
About the Position
In the past three years, CDI has successfully implemented its campus-wide strategy, expanding its partnerships to more than 150 institutions, ranging from prestigious Ivy League universities to community colleges. As CDI enters a crucial new phase, we are focused on enhancing our support for campuses in integrating the principles of inquiry and dialogue into their institutional frameworks to facilitate enduring cultural transformation.
The Chief Campus Transformation Officer will establish and lead CDI’s new Campus Culture Change department, directly reporting to the Co-Founder & Executive Director while serving on the executive leadership team.
