Your Role
As the CEO Staff at Hopae, you will partner closely with the CEO to amplify his influence, enhance execution, and establish systems that facilitate the company's growth. This is a highly impactful and autonomous role central to Hopae's pivotal decisions and operational functions.
Enhance CEO productivity through proactive planning, time management, and workflow optimization
Manage CEO-related operations, including calendar coordination, preparation for investor meetings, and executive logistics
Design internal processes and create tools that improve execution across leadership, product, and operational teams
Oversee comprehensive planning and preparation for company-wide events such as all-hands meetings and board meetings with investors
Manage general office and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations and allow the founder to focus on strategic priorities
Facilitate clear communication and rapid decision-making across the organization
