The Role of Chief of Staff
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to partner closely with our CEO, Abdul Al-Asaad. This unique role is not your typical strategic position; it is execution-focused and designed to be the operational backbone for a founder navigating rapid growth in fundraising, regulatory compliance, and institutional relationships.
The CEO is the key to unlocking opportunities with partners such as Coinbase, Apollo, and various governmental entities, and your role will be to ensure these opportunities are effectively captured and executed.
You will closely accompany the CEO in critical meetings, managing their calendar, inbox, and the decision-making process to ensure no detail is overlooked. This high-visibility position provides direct access to top-tier investors, regulators, and industry leaders, with the potential for growth into a President-level position for the right candidate.
Your Responsibilities
Enhancing CEO's Execution Framework
- Attend all significant meetings, documenting notes and action items.
- Facilitate follow-ups to ensure every opportunity advances after meetings.
- Maintain the CEO's inbox to ensure it is efficiently managed.
- Create and uphold daily execution plans and a weekly planning routine.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and communications proactively.
Overseeing Key Business Operations
- Coordinate Series B fundraising efforts, including due diligence and investor communications.
