Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, meticulously organized, and highly trusted Chief of Staff to assist our CEO in managing strategic initiatives, communications, and day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for an individual who excels in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs proactively, and enjoys structuring clarity around intricate tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Facilitate and execute strategic meetings while supporting the CEO with hiring processes.
- Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO/executives and staff, overseeing communication and preparing for board meetings.
- Decision Support: Provide high-level insights, data analysis, and advice to aid in decision-making.
- Special Projects & Ad-Hoc Ownership: Lead critical ad-hoc projects such as restructuring, fundraising, or launching new initiatives.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-performance settings, such as fast-growth startups, tech scale-ups, venture capital/private equity, or investment banking.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (C1+ proficiency).
- A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and flexible, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic setting.
- A genuine interest in business strategy and growth topics, with the capability to understand and anticipate leadership needs.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.

- Experience in Politics, Public Affairs, or Government Relations.
