Your Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff / Operations Lead in Brooklyn, New York, who can help us scale our operations effectively. This pivotal role blends strategy, operations, and go-to-market initiatives.
As a vital force within our team, you will lead key projects, ensure cross-departmental alignment, and maintain the company's focus on its most critical objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor to the team, prioritizing initiatives, time, and decision-making.
Lead impactful, cross-functional projects from inception to execution, aligning company strategy with clear objectives and operational plans.
Manage operational processes including OKRs, quarterly planning, and executive retreats, ensuring collaboration across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Operations.
Develop and oversee dashboards and metrics that support leadership decision-making, performing analyses on strategic issues related to market, product, and operational areas.
Facilitate leadership meetings with structured agendas and actionable follow-ups, enhancing communication and information flow throughout the organization.
Manage and execute special projects that span multiple functions and address business needs.
