Chief Operating Officer - Americas
As we pursue our mission to enhance human achievement through automation and AI, the Chief Operating Officer for the Americas will be crucial in scaling our commercial success in this region. This role involves driving operational excellence, execution rhythm, and strategic alignment within our Sales organization. You will collaborate closely with regional Sales leaders, global Operations, Finance, and other executives to foster business growth, enforce operational standards, and enhance customer impact.
Your Responsibilities at UiPath
- Lead Sales Operations and Strategy throughout the Americas, enabling data-driven decisions, accurate forecasting, and enhanced pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with the Americas Sales Leadership team to develop and implement the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, optimizing coverage models, territories, and resource allocation.
- Establish and maintain an operational cadence including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), forecast calls, pipeline assessments, and performance reporting to ensure alignment with global standards and corporate objectives.
- Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to achieve predictable business outcomes and refine deal execution processes.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance agility, scalability, and profitability within the Americas Sales division.
Your Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Leadership within a global B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, matrixed teams across the Americas while driving operational excellence.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
