Join Reformkliniken as a Chief Operating Officer, where you will take full responsibility for the daily operations and development of our clinic. The primary workplace is located in Malmö, with occasional presence required in Båstad. You will report directly to the owners and board, and play a crucial role in fostering a high-performance culture, managing the reception operations, overseeing staff and finances, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This position is vital for our continued growth in the premium segment of aesthetic plastic surgery.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultural Leadership: Cultivate and maintain a patient-centered culture where every team member understands their role in the patient journey. Establish clear expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure the team delivers an experience that aligns with our premium positioning.
Human Resources and Staffing: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Manage sick leave reports and personnel administration, ensuring optimal staffing with the right competencies at the right time. Coordinate schedules with surgeons and consulting personnel.
Reception and Patient Flow: Optimize scheduling and capacity utilization. Ensure patient coordinators are equipped with the right tools and training to convert consultations into scheduled surgeries. Monitor and enhance the patient experience throughout their journey, from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up.
Marketing and Conversion: Coach and develop staff to increase conversion rates, collaborating closely with external consultants. Partner with Adoreal and other affiliates on marketing activities, campaigns, and content creation. Track results and ensure efforts yield effectiveness.
Inventory and Procurement: Oversee inventory management of implants, consumables, and other products. Manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure operations meet IVO standards and other regulatory requirements. Oversee self-regulation, record management, and quality tracking. Handle complications and deviations in accordance with established protocols.
Financial Oversight and Business Development: Responsible for budgeting and financial outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates, average order value, and patient satisfaction. Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
