We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer / Growth Operator to join our team at impact-clients. In this pivotal role, you will not only execute at an expert level but also take a strategic view to lead the business towards growth and excellence.
This position is tailored for individuals who possess the capability to manage various departments — including Sales, Marketing, and Client Success — while also having the hands-on expertise to understand and perform the work involved. We believe that true leaders emerge from a foundation of practical experience, rather than theoretical knowledge alone.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, spearheading company growth initiatives, creating and implementing systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring team accountability in relation to key performance indicators (KPIs) as we scale. You will collaborate closely with the founder and leadership team to guarantee executional excellence in areas such as marketing, product development, sales, and coaching.
This role is designed for a versatile leader who can seamlessly transition into any department as needed — whether that means stepping in as Head of Product, Sales Manager, Marketing Director, or another leadership position as our company evolves. You will possess the broad perspective necessary to optimize any department and drive performance.
This is an active role for a genuine operator who leads by example, sets high standards, and amplifies productivity throughout the organization.
