About O.R. Trax
O.R. Trax is a pioneering healthcare SaaS company revolutionizing how hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers oversee vendor access and surgical scheduling. Our platform streamlines credentialing, ensures compliance, and enhances operating room efficiency on an enterprise level.
Serving some of the nation's most intricate health systems, O.R. Trax supports hundreds of hospitals and a rapidly expanding vendor network — currently exceeding 25,000 vendors — all with zero hardware deployment. Hospitals utilizing O.R. Trax report significant savings, reduced surgical delays, and heightened patient safety. We find ourselves at a pivotal moment: the market remains largely untapped, our solution is validated, and the forthcoming chapter necessitates a technical leader who can innovate and collaborate alongside our team.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to assume a dual ownership role within a rapidly growing healthcare SaaS organization, leaving a lasting impact on both the codebase and product roadmap.
As the Chief Product & Technology Officer, you will oversee the entire technology and product lifecycle — from architectural decisions and hands-on engineering to roadmap prioritization and customer-facing feature strategy. You are not merely a process manager or a presentation creator; you are a builder who leads — equally comfortable in a pull request as in a product discovery session, deriving genuine satisfaction from deploying software that addresses complex challenges in a regulated industry.
You will report directly to the founders, act as the senior technical voice on the leadership team, and professionalize O.R. Trax's approach to building, shipping, and scaling — all while maintaining the agility that has brought us to this point.
