Your mission will be to utilize evidence-based techniques to teach vital skills, including communication, social interactions, and daily living tasks, while effectively minimizing disruptive behaviors. We seek individuals who are dedicated to helping children with autism realize their full potential.
This position requires a patient and compassionate approach, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Don't worry if you lack experience; we provide comprehensive training to empower you in your role. Please note that working with children can be unpredictable, so resilience is essential. Physical activity is a part of the job, so comfort with standing, walking, sitting, and lifting children or objects up to 50 pounds is necessary.
