In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children on an individual basis, applying personalized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will help teach essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and daily living while minimizing challenging behaviors. No prior experience is necessary; we provide extensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to make a difference. However, it’s important to be physically prepared, as the role may involve standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds. Children can be unpredictable, and a proactive approach is essential.
