- Manage a diverse caseload of clients to ensure optimal outcomes for families.
- Conduct intake assessments for individuals seeking subsidized child care services.
- Coordinate referrals for child care from authorized sources.
- Assess, verify, and document client eligibility, informing parents of their eligibility status.
- Enroll children who meet categorical eligibility criteria as authorized by relevant governing bodies.
- Encourage and monitor parental adherence to the Personal Responsibility Agreement, applying sanctions when necessary.
- Facilitate enrollment of children in suitable child care environments.
- Authorize payments to eligible parents who provide the necessary documentation and assess any applicable parent fees.
- Implement strategies for client service, fund utilization, enrollment, and priority of services.
- Educate parents about their rights, responsibilities, and attendance obligations.
- Monitor and track attendance and utilization of services; report suspected fraud or misuse to appropriate authorities.
- Input client, eligibility, demographic, and service data into the designated systems.
- Assist in preparing for quality assurance assessments.
- Provide informational support and guidance to parents as necessary.
- May assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and oversight of local area relative providers.
- Perform additional duties as required.
