As a communication intern, you will assist communication officers in implementing both internal and external communication through various channels utilized by the communication service:
- Preparing communication materials (flyers, brochures, etc.): content creation and layout supervision
- Proposing written content for specific materials (internal news on intranet or newsletter, website, mailings, brochures, flyers…)
- Social media communication
- Supporting internal communication: photography, video shoots, coordinating with external teams
- Managing newsletter dispatches via Mailchimp
- Occasionally participating in the organization of events and their follow-up
- Assisting with website updates based on your knowledge
- Creating visual materials
